Terms of service.

By using DroDro, you agree to these terms. Bookings are contracts between you and the chosen vendor. DroDro facilitates the booking, payment and dispute process but is not a party to the underlying service contract.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a refund minus a 5% processing fee. Within 24 hours, refunds are at the vendor's discretion.

Vendors

Vendors must complete KYC before being listed. Misrepresentation results in immediate suspension. Vendors are independent contractors, not employees of DroDro.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Payouts to vendors are made after the booking is marked completed, less the platform commission and applicable taxes.
